The Tecnifibre Carboflex 125 X-Top squash racket is a competition racket, already used by competitors like the world No. 1 Mohamed El Shorbagy. This squash racket is the latest innovation from Tecnifibre launched in September 2022.
Tecnifibre Carboflex 125 X-Top Squash Racket
No bumper, 100% performance, a completely new racket head construction where the bumper has been replaced by a combination of active fibers for maximum strength, speed, and playability. The plastic bumper is replaced by a mix of aramid fibers, the most shock-resistant material, and a PTFE treatment for added slipperiness to protect the frame against abrasion from the floor or walls.
Without the bumper, the racket becomes much smoother and cuts through the air for maximum swing speed and power. Plastic is replaced by material, providing more fibers in the racket for increased responsiveness and less vibration for added comfort.
The Carboflex 125 X-Top racket is one of the most played models on the Tour by the world's best players, especially by Mohamed El Shorbagy. A pinnacle of performance, it is perfect for regular players and competitors seeking the best combination of power, precision, and spin control. Extremely lightweight (125g) for easy maneuverability and quick movements. Maximum power thanks to its 500cm² string bed and the most powerful Dynamix V.P. multifilament string from Tecnifibre.
The racket's lines have been designed by the "Airshaft" section for greater aerodynamics and acceleration. The monoshaft construction is reinforced on both sides by "X-Arms" tendons to limit the racket's flexibility and provide stability and precision upon impact.
To enhance spin control and tolerance on off-center shots, the Carboflex 125 X-Top incorporates "Extended String holes" technology: 12 eyelets at specific locations on the frame (3 o'clock, 9 o'clock, and 12 o'clock) have been widened to allow the strings to breathe and encourage their elasticity.
