FAQ

Blue = Intro (highest bounce), Red = Progress, Single-Yellow = Competition, Double-Yellow = Pro (lowest bounce). The dot controls speed and hang time; move down dots as your rallies lengthen.

A league-level player typically retires a ball after two to three matches once it stops holding heat or develops surface nicks. Keep a backup in your bag for consistent bounce.

Squash balls are made of butyl rubber that becomes livelier when hot. Hitting it hard for a few minutes raises internal temperature, enlarges the bounce window, and ensures fair play from rally one.

Direct sunlight and rough ground degrade the rubber quickly. Stick to indoor courts; for outdoor fun choose a racquetball or blue-dot practice ball that tolerates varied surfaces.

Once they can sustain 10-stroke rallies with a blue or red dot, introduce the single-yellow so they learn to generate pace and control a lower bounce.
