Returns & Refunds

If you do not want to keep some ordered items:

- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your orders

- The goods have to be packed in the original packaging and free of damage.

- Your legal warranty claims are excluded from this, if the goods has been damaged in the delivery process.

Please note the following conditions:

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items (for credit or exchange).

Upon receipt of your return, we will deliver a credit on your account in the amount of the purchase price (by subtracting the original postage).

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Yes, you can return an order placed with Klarna. Simply follow our standard return process, and once we receive and process your return, we'll notify Klarna to adjust your payment accordingly.

Yes, we offer gift receipts. During the checkout process, you can select the option for a gift receipt, which will not display the price of the items.
